The Middlesex County Community Foundation
is located on the Ground Floor of Citizens Bank, 211 South Main Street, Middletown [On the Corner of South Main Street (Route 17) and Warwick Street] The Foundation Entrance is through the Glass Entry. Take Elevator or Stairs to Ground Floor. Call 860-347-0025 for additional help.

FROM I-91 AND THE NORTH
	Take Exit 22 South - Route 9/Middletown Pass through two (2) traffic lights Take Exit 13 - Route 17 South/New Haven Take Left at light onto Route 17 South Get into right lane Take Right at light onto Warwick Street Take First Right into Citizens Bank’s driveway Go straight-ahead and park on left.
FROM THE SOUTH ON ROUTE 9 NORTH
	Take EXIT #12 - BOW LANE Take Left at end of ramp stop sign. Go over Route 9 to stop sign at bottom of hill Take Right onto Saybrook Road Pass through set of three lights and continue north. Go under Overpass and Take immediate Left up onto Connector Take Left at the light onto Route 17 South. Stay to the right. Take Right at light onto Warwick Street Take First Right into Citizens Bank’s driveway Go straight-ahead and park on left.
FROM THE SOUTH ON ROUTE 17 NORTH
	In Middletown pass BioSystems, McDonalds (on Left) Pass through light at Gulf Station At Next Light Take Left onto Warwick Street Take First Right into Citizens Bank’s driveway Go straight-ahead and park on left.
FROM ROUTE 66 - Washington Street
	At High Street Light go south by Wesleyan University Go straight-through four (4) lights Take Left at second Left onto Warwick Street In second block take Left into Citizens Bank’s driveway Go straight-ahead and park on left.
